In every public building, there are numerous devices to aid in the event of natural disasters, especially fire. There are fire escapes, fire extinguishers, fire blankets, fire hoses. These devices are called "self-help and personal safety devices" because they enable you to fight the disaster yourself. To date, there is not a single public building that offers a self-help device in the event of a political, artistic, or aesthetic disaster. The SELBSTHILFEEINRICHTUNG changes this.

The Molotov cocktail, also known as the petrol bomb or poor man's grenade, is a generic name used for a variety of improvised explosives. They are easy to make and are often used by hooligans. During the Winter War, the Finnish people mockingly named the bombs after Soviet Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Molotov.
